Cowboy Up, Mechanical Bull Productions is owned and operated by Bill Fraser, a Montana ranch-raised cowboy who has spent a life time in the "Cowboy” business.  In addition to being a ranch cowboy, Bill has spent 22 years as a professional rodeo cowboy riding bulls, saddle broncs and as a rodeo coach at  an award-winning college.

After many years as an International Agriculture Consultant with major projects around the world, Bill returned to the USA where, for the past 4 years, he has been the Ranch and Stables Manager for a prestigious 4 Diamond resort in Southern California.
